Gareth's story highlights not only his own journey towards resilience and recovery but also his commitment to giving back, using his experience to support and encourage other men who may be facing similar battles in silence. Through this, Gareth hopes to raise awareness and break down stigma. This micro-documentary captures the strength found in vulnerability and the importance of community in supporting mental health.
